The role

Your role will be to work in a small team providing support on Graphical Information Systems in a local authority.

Candidate Profile

You'll have experience of supporting 3rd Party applications in a Microsoft SQL environment. The 3rd party applications are wide ranging and include Accolaid, Confirm, Scuba, APP and Plantech.
Knowledge of Mapinfo and Swiftmap would be an advantage.
Also a good knowledge of SQL Admin, SQL 2000 and 2005 and the ability to manage back-ups restores and associated maintenance plans

It is desirable to have:
·Skills and understanding in the interface between the National Land and Property Gazetteer (NLPG) and the Local Land and Property Gazeteer
