With ongoing work across the mineral industry and a well established leader in the provision of water, wastewater, highways infrastructure, and environmental services across Western Australia there is an explicit need for a GIS Specialist to join a group of dedicated professionals.

As part of this position you will
o Assist project managers with developing and operating GIS systems,
o Produce appropriate GIS plans
o Provide a high level of technical service to your internal clients.
o GIS database management,
o Programming and web experience skills are required.

Ideally you will possess a Geography or GIS qualification, with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in the industry of Geographical Information Systems. Familiarity with MapInfo Auto CAD Map and Asset Management software will be an advantageous. You will also be involved with day to day data maintenance and manipulations of all GIS surveying. You will also be expected to assist with the analysis of spatial information and providing support to the development of an integrated system.
