Duties will include:
*Accurate input of complex data onto databases and spreadsheets
*Discussing with customers data submissions and chasing up returns
*Liaising with other teams to confirm data accuracy
*Using GIS to produce maps
*Producing technical reports, graphs and presentations

The role will also include administration tasks such as filing, arranging meetings, note taking and answering telephones.

Skills and experience:

Ideally, the candidate will have:
*Either a degree, or working towards a degree, in the environmental field, or A levels with 3-5 years relevant experience
*Some office experience
*The ability to work with limited supervision, prioritising work with colleagues then organising tasks and resources to ensure timely achievement of results
*The ability to convey information and ideas clearly, accurately and persuasively through speech and writing
*A desire to deliver high work standards and the drive to meet targets
*A willingness to work with others to find solutions

The candidate must be:
*A proficient user of Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook
*Training will be provided in our in house database, but experience with databases is essential
