Software Telephone Account Manager Team Leader, GIS Telephone Account Manager Team Leader, Software Sales Account Manager Team Leader is required by Chase Zander's prestigious client in the Aylesbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager Team Leader who has worked within Software/GIS Account Manager Team Leading position who is looking to take their career forward with a world wide leader in their field.

The Telephone Account Manager Team Leader will manage a specific account and supervise and team lead to:

*Deliver timely processing of orders, licenses and maintenance renewal;
*Deliver increased sales through the follow up of leads, campaigns, evaluations and post event calls.
*Represent team at intercompany meetings.
*Continuously improve all methods of communication with the customer to meet their needs and expectations.
*Ensure that customers are kept appraised of progress with their orders and issues through management of proactive calls.
*Communicate with Account Managers and other internal departments to ensure all are kept up to date with progress.
*Identify opportunities to improve working practices and procedures, introduce and implement new processes to the team.

Skills required:

*The job holder will ideally have had experience of managing a team in a software sales environment
*The individual will have experience and thorough understanding of customer service principles and working practices. In addition they will be conversant with remote communication with customers.
*The job holder should have a clear understanding of the telephone sales process and be skilled at executing it.
